《Photograph》的MV是在2015年5月9日发布的。MV的内容是一个家庭录像的剪辑，这些录像片段是Ed Sheeran从他父亲那里拿到的，当时他父亲拍摄这些录像是为了刻录DVD作为家庭的圣诞礼物。他原本的打算是将这些录像片段放到正在制作的纪录片中，但是通过收集，他认为这些片段也许可以用在拍摄MV上。Sheeran也承认他不能出席MV的拍摄，所以他选择了视频剪辑。Sheeran找来了之前制作他的其它MV的导演Editor Ellie来制作"Photograph" 的MV。而该MV的编辑则是曾与Sheeran的父亲在伦敦市中心一起工作的Ellie Jhonson，据Johnson说，他们花了一个周末的时间来收集要用到的录像片段。
