JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Analyst is located in Shanghai and reports to HR Director, Asia, and will be an integral part of the regional HR team. The HR Analyst will maintain associates records in various HRIS systems; generate system reports, collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics related to workforce basics or compensation & benefits, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Processes candidate/associate information and maintains candidate/associate records in the HRIS.
? Serves as lead representative and liaison between Asia HR team, Information Services, and US HRIS team for HRIS projects design and implementation.
? Tests new features as required by new HRIS projects and feedback project team accurate information.
? Provides support and troubleshooting to HR team and associates, including researching, and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
? Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
? Generates statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving country, division, department, job, pay, grade, talent acquisition, performance, termination, and other organization or associate related information.
? Collects, compiles, and analyzes HR data, metrics, and statistics related to workforce basics or compensation & benefits, etc., as required by HR Director or other internal customers.
? Documents processes and continuously identifies improvement opportunities of data quality and timely delivery.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? A bachelor’s degree in information systems, statistics, human resource, business administration, or similar.
? 0~2 years of experience as an HR analyst in the related field.
? Excellent MS Office skills particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. |
